Pretty in pink

This is a dress Melia got from her nana for her birthday. Oh and the jellies! She was a little unsure of the shoes at first but then was very proud to have them on. She was walking up and down the hallway looking down at them smiling.

My little potato stacker

Another favorite thing of Melia's right now is stacking things on this shelf. She took all of these potats out of the bag and stacked them perfectly in a row then put them all back in the bag. She will do this will my protein powder packets, as well. It is really quite cute!!

Playing outside

Melia loves to be outside and especially loves climbing up and down the deck. Now that she has some shoes (thanks, Nana!) I let her walk around on the deck and not worry about her stubbing her sweet little toes!

Birthday party pics!

Here are the party pics finally! I put up quite a few of them b/c there were so many cute ones. Thanks again to Jeni Nana Nat and Newbs for all the help. It was really cute to have Natalie here and have the 2 girls get into everything together!


The only chairs to sit on were the little kid chairs which noone dared to except Newbie and this is what happened. Yes he broke the chair. You still owe me $10!

Melia loved the fruit platter! She tried a few bites of her cake with Daddy but didn't care for that too much! She looked so cute in her beautiful lei from Grandma!

Here are the cake pics, Mom! I will post party pics when Melia is napping! I found this cake at The Cake Shop. I thought it was perfect for Melia. I wanted her party to be island style so I think this cake was just right!

Happy Birthday Melia!

Today my little peanut is one year old and I cannot believe it!! I had a party for her Friday. Nana, Jeni, Natalie and Newbs came down for it and it was so much fun! Jeni took all the great photos so when she sends them to me I will post them all. Thanks for all your help with the party! We loved having you here!! And thank you, Grandma for the beautiful lei and flowers!! In this pic Melia is hugging her b'day balloons. She loves them as you can see!

THe Cookie Monster!

A few nights ago I was in the living room and I hear this crash in the kitchen. I walk in and find this! Melia found some Christmas cookies that we had kept. She was taking a bite of each one then spitting it out. She doesn't like sweets yet. It was hilarious!
