Birthday Boy

I know this is late but I just wanted to put up a happy b'day post for Dan!! He turned 28 (finally caught up to me!) on Monday the 29th. Lynne was here to help celebrate! I hope you had a good b'day! We love you!

Music Class

This was at music class last Monday. Melia loves this class so much and just has the best time. I am going to try and get some video next time of Melia when her fav drum gets taken away. So sad!! Oh Melia was 8 months yesterday!!

Saturday at the Pumpkin Patch

Today we went out to Medina which is way out in the country for a day of pumpkin patching! We had fun and saw many cool things...

Melia had the most fun, I think, just playing with the grass and straw.

We read there would be a duck pond so little kids could feed the ducks. Nice lake but no ducks to be found!

I love how Texans always wear the season's colors. At Christmas everyone will be wearing red and green and my fav is Easter when everyone looks like an Easter egg!
We'll call him the Pumpkin cat. He was so big and came over and roared at us!
We were so happy to see Johnny AppleScupp at the Patch. Such a nice fellow.

Race time!!

So Dan and I have signed up to do the California Half Ironman. I did it a few years ago right before I met Dan. It was called Ralph's Half Ironman then but they changed it to the 70.3 now. Anyway I have been running quite a bit and just need to get back on my bike and into the pool. I loved this race. My mom and friends were out there being awesome fans so I am looking forward to doing it with Dan!! It's this March 29th so we'll see what happens!

Grandma and Melia

OK well first off there are a TON of pics here! Sorry but I do not know how to make a slideshow yet and I couldn't get the collage going so instead I posted a bunch of pics in no particular order. Sorry! Anyway I wrote about Grandma's trip out here and you can find that after all these pics but it was a blast. There are pics of Melia in the tub, eating, Little Gym, Gymboree, grocery shopping. Oh a few of Melia and her friend Sam at Gymboree. They are the only 2 that can crawl in their class and they are always side by side during most of the class. They are so cute! Enjoy the pics!!
