Oh the memories.. that was the big campout place.. imagine going over than next valley into the no returns of hawaii.. haha!! It is soo pretty there!

I love the black sand!!So pretty there. I've only seen it from the view points at the top.
The last picture puts the formation of Hawaii in perspective - the volcanic eruptions forming the island, leaving the lava mountains and black sand - surreal!
